Service Request and Scheduling
- All service requests must be made through our official channels, including our website, phone, or in-person.

Scope of Work
- The scope of work for each cleanup will be determined through an initial assessment by our team. The client will receive a detailed estimate outlining the services to be performed.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in a revised estimate.
- Payment for our services is due upon completion of the cleanup unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, checks, and cash.
- Failure to make payment in a timely manner may result in additional fees or legal action.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellation of a scheduled service appointment must be made with a minimum notice period as specified in our cancellation policy. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in cancellation fees.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or emergencies.
Liability and Insurance
- Circle BioRecovery maintains liability insurance to protect clients, employees, and third parties. Please refer to our Liability and Insurance Statement for details.
- Clients are encouraged to vacate the cleanup area during our operations for safety reasons.
Safety and Hazards
- Clients must disclose any known hazards or contaminants at the cleanup site before work begins.
- Clients should not enter the cleanup area until we confirm it is safe to do so.
Compliance with Regulations
- We operate in compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations governing blood cleanup and biohazard waste disposal.
- We have established a dispute resolution process to address and resolve issues promptly and fairly. Please refer to our Dispute Resolution Statement for details.
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located within the jurisdiction of Texas.
